CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Dani’s Heavenly Delights. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to event cancellations or changes. Your non-refundable retainer reflects your trust in my commitment, as I prioritize your event by reserving limited availability and turning down other clients. Given the time, resources, and costs dedicated to each order, cancellations can significantly impact my business. To ensure transparency and fairness, I have outlined the following policies:
Cancellation: If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the retainer is forfeited. Due to the resources, time, and planning dedicated to custom orders, cancellations within this timeframe are non-refundable. Once final payment is made, we do not offer any refunds.
Postponement: If you need to postpone your event more than 30 days before the delivery date, I will do my best to accommodate your new date, pending availability. A $150 rescheduling fee will apply. If I cannot reschedule your new date due to prior commitments, 33.3% of the retainer may be applied toward a future order within four months, or the retainer will be forfeited.
Changes to Orders: I am happy to accommodate change requests made at least three (3) weeks before the event date; however, requests received after this period are not guaranteed. Please submit change requests via email to info@DanisHeavenlyBakeshop.com to ensure we have all the details in writing.
Payment Terms: Custom orders within thirty (30) days of the delivery date require full payment upon order placement. For custom orders placed in advance, a flexible payment structure is available: a $250 non-refundable retainer is due and credited toward the total. After sketch approval, a 35% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due three (3) weeks before delivery.
